Welcome to Waggly Cove Pet Hotel (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Waggly Cove Pet Hotel provides pet care services including dog boarding, daycare, and related pet services.

All services are provided by reservation only and are subject to availability, screening, and approval.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client at our discretion for safety, capacity, or behavioral reasons.

2. Health, Vaccinations & Requirements

All pets must be healthy and free from contagious conditions to attend boarding or daycare.

Required vaccinations (up to date):

  • Rabies

  • Distemper (DHPP/DAPP)

  • Bordetella (recommended every 6–12 months depending on vet guidance)

Owners must disclose any:

  • Medical conditions

  • Medications

  • Allergies

  • Behavioral issues (including aggression, separation anxiety, or escape behavior)

We reserve the right to deny or discontinue service if a pet presents a health or safety risk.

3. Boarding Policy

  • Boarding is charged per night

  • A “night” is defined as any overnight stay in our care

  • Drop-off and pickup times must be respected to maintain scheduling and safety

Pickup Time Policy:
All boarding stays must be picked up by 1:00 PM on the scheduled checkout day.

  • Pickups after 1:00 PM will incur a $15 late pickup fee

  • Extended stays beyond scheduled checkout may be charged additional boarding or daycare fees

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

We do not store or have access to full credit card information.

Full payment terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation or invoice issuance.

5. Pet Care & Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe and comfortable environment, pet owners acknowledge that boarding and daycare environments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Stress or anxiety

  • Minor injuries from play

  • Illness incubation periods

  • Behavioral reactions in group environments

By using our services, you agree that Waggly Cove Pet Hotel is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or conditions that may occur unless caused by gross negligence.

6. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse booking requests

  • Require early pickup

  • Separate or isolate pets during their stay

  • Terminate services immediately if a pet poses a safety risk to staff, other animals, or themselves

No refunds may be issued in cases where service is terminated due to behavioral or safety concerns.

7. Photos & Media

We may take photos or videos of pets during their stay for:

  • Updates to owners

  • Marketing

  • Social media content

Unless you request otherwise in writing, you consent to the use of your pet’s image for promotional purposes.

8. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to confirmation.

We may require:

  • Meet-and-greet for new clients

  • Updated vaccination records before approval

  • Deposit or prepayment depending on booking type

9. Website Use

All content on this website is the property of Waggly Cove Pet Hotel and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
